Engaging with Us
We like to help our clients understand our business processes and how we try to make it seamless and easy to engage with us.
The process - end-to-end
- You contact us using one of the methods on our Contact page. When you do that, the more information you can give us, the better. We particularly need an accurate location and a description of the planned job;
- We undertake a desktop review of the job and the location. This lets us identify challenges and issues early on. For instance some locations require specific approval from the regulator before we can fly. Knowing this at the start allows us to plan for those approvals;
- We contact you for a discussion. We get to hear what you are seeking to achieve and what’s important to you in getting the job done. At this point we’ll also suggest you install Threema Messenger so we are able to communicate with you as effectively as possible;
- Site visit. Sometimes the quickest way to get to grips with all of the issues and to properly understand a job is to visit the site. We’ll work with you to do this if we think that’s the best approach;
- We’ll do a quote. Sometimes that quote will be a “job” quote - our best estimate of the job cost. Sometimes the quote will be for “time and materials” if it’s difficult to know just what the final cost will be;
- We’ll send you a link to access the quote and our standard terms and conditions. We’ll work through the quote and if you are happy to proceed we’ll give you a link to sign the quote and our terms.
- We’ll arrange any approvals and determine the best times to do the job, in consultation with you.
- We’ll do the job, process the deliverables and send you a link to access them from our secure online storage.
